I dropped my phone with screen damaged and no way of seeing anything on it as it turned black.
Had to wait to come back to home go into EE store.
They kindly let me use their store phone to make a claim on my insurance.
once claim was sorted, i was told by the person I was speaking to, that DPD will deliver my new handset next day.
As i had told them my handset is not working, I need communication via email and was guaranteed that it will arrive.
I have not recieved ANY email notification as yet, still waiting and too scared to leave property incase i miss the delivery driver.
If this carries on to the next day (tomorrow), it will affect my work/wages in turn.
Help??

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear about your phone.
I would recommend contacting our Mobile Care team on live chat. Hopefully they'll be able to tell you roughly when it will arrive.

i cant locate any email in inbox or spam from EE regarding this issue, i am going to lose out on wages and work if I do not get this resolved, i need help
