Upgrade of accout

Upgraded account and have received new phone, however, can't use it as it says my sim is not registered.  I am using the existing sim i had with old phone.  Is this the one i am supposed to be using, as i have not received a new one.

Welcome to the community. 

You should still be able to use your old EE SIM as long as it fits into your new device. 

If you place your SIM back into your old device does it work OK?

If your SIM is not working in the device but is working in other phones I would recommend getting in touch with our technical care team on 150.
