Upgrade not been delivered.

Upgraded to my iPhone 13 on the 19th and it’s still not delivered, called ee and it’s apparently my responsibility to chase it with dpd as it’s nothing to do with them? I’ve been on the phone the last few days with dpd who keep telling me there’s a “unexpected issue” so my it’s been delayed daily for delivery since the 23rd when they said they’d originally deliver it! I would of thought ee would of made sure it got to me but the lad I spoke to on the phone didn’t seem to care much about it as if it’s not ee problem anymore?

I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get through and when I did and explained my situation, I was told that a complaint would be raised on my behalf! (apparently the phone was delivered to another address)Still no closer to getting my phone as DPD says it was on it's way back to EE but now it's showing with radlett depot! All very confusing and no answers!  Also my current phone is on it's way out hence the urgency...

Not happy with the way this has been handled at all!
