Hi, yesterday upgrade my plan and device, I want to know about the delivery, at the moment I didn’t received any information, thank you

@Bouzigues  once a device has been allocated to you you receive a tracking number,  at that point you should also receive a delivery day and time slot of that delivery. 

Did you receive a confirmation of order ?
