Hi I got a text today from EE saying I can early upgrade with no fee. So i upgraded to an iPhone 14, when at the checkout i put my card details in, authorised it on the app and the £50 upfront cost has been taken from my bank account but then it just went back to the homescreen.. so i have no confirmation, no emails and have no idea if i am going to receive the iphone or not but EE has taken my money and because i have no confirmation or order numbers i cannot prove this, please help

Yes i have checked all email inboxs and spam, i dont have any order numbers, no confirmation emails, nothing on the app acknowledging my payment. But the £50 upfront cost has definitely left my bank account. ☹️
