samsung s22 128gb phantom black upgraded on 30th dec. not able to track, please can i have an idea of when it will be here. I will have to cancel the contract if it's not here soon

The Samsung S22 128GB Black is currently showing in stock and to expect despatch within one day. 

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check the status of your order.

The phone was at the store but I am not able to collect it. How do I amend
the delivery for home address. They said something about starting the
upgrade again

Thanks for coming back to us. 

Once the device is returned to us and the contract dates have been amended to show you are eligible to upgrade, you can place the order again to your home address.
