Hello there folks so I have the 23 ultra I pre ordered the s24 ultra for 100 pounds.  I'm 11 month into my contract I spoke to live chat last week and I was told that it would arrive this week. I contacted live again today and there's 13 months left on my contract. Supposedly the upgrade anytime fee was had changed from the 100 I paid to a 700 in total. there's 13 close to 12 months left on my contract. I asked how  much it was to pay the contract off 832 pound. So it'd 832 to pay the contract off. upgrade anytime is 700 and send the s23 ultra back to ee. What do I do am I missing somthing here the app tells me 100 I did it on the 20th of January. the agent today told me to check real time its still 100 anyone else had this issue. I'm lost what to do I love ee but ^^ that to me is ridiculous

Have you been charged £100 for the upgrade and the waiting for the phone to arrive or have you been charged £700?

Thanks for the reply inpaid the 100 pound on the 20th I have the conformation email from the 20th I spoke to the live chat yesterday they wanted an additional 600 to upgrade. So they cancelled my order and refund the money
