I recently downgraded to sim only , after at least 6 years holding an EE account. I had previously added extras to my account; headphones, PS5, speaker.
However, when I attempted to order a pair of Sony wireless headphones for myself ( last pair for daughter) I was told that I wasn’t entitled.
Surely my previous long standing account, with no late payments would mean I could shop on EE?
I can only assume I am being penalised and need to hold my SIM only for 6 months before ordering. Totally unfair.
