Upgrade Problem

Today I was ready for an upgrade after being a Business subscriber for six months. However, when I clicked on ‘Add Mobile Device’ to choose a device, it displayed the following message: (Sorry, we are not supporting Not Available right now.) I tried this from Safari on my iPad. I also attempted to use the app, but there I couldn’t even view upgrades or bills. Two weeks ago, I also lost the 50% discount due to the same issue.

There is no account access on these forums. You are best calling EE CS on 150 about this issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@George8616 You’ve not due an upgrade until 22nd June 2026. as stated in the first image
If you want to upgrade you’ll need to call customer support as you will need to pay off that current contract.

Hi @George8616
You can look with the EE app or EE website when logged in to see if you are able to add another phone, or alternatively you can give our customer services guides a call, who can check for you.
It would mean that you are paying for another phone on top of the one you already have.

I have a business contract with my own device, so it's just the physical sim card plus the service I ordered. I have not received a device yet, but I would like to replace my current device..
