i ordered an upgrade on 09/12  and it hasn't been delivered, how long does it normally take for these to be delivered

Welcome to the community,

Was it a phone upgrade or just a plan upgrade?

Have you not received any notification email from EE, have you checked your spam/junk folder?

You would need to contact customer service to find out whether the order actually went through ok.

You should have received it by now, if in stock.
