I'm not familiar with this device, what manufacturer, model name and storage version is this?
If you get back in touch with our team they'll be able to say for sure what the status of the order is, and check stock levels.
I'd like to reassure you though that if the device is out of stock and hasn't been dispatched yet, then you'll not be billed for it until it's actually left our warehouse.

Complete shambles as now still waiting for order of upgrade of a tablet this is 3rd time was talking to them on Friday and he said was definitely due for delivery today nothing no code or anything

Hi again @Maffy1965, I'm disappointed to hear you've still not had any updates.
As @Leanne_T mentioned, which Tablet model are you waiting on here, including colour and storage version?
Once this is out for delivery you'll get a tracking number for DPD.
