I applied for a pay monthly contract Saturday (21.05.22)and paid the upfront cost for the phone of 100£ however the credit check was declined and there is nothing to suggest anywhere that I will be refunded or when.
Why didn't I get my money back? Those with these **bleep**ty services? When you withdraw the money from the account you are the first but when you return it you are not interested ....

I would suggest you ring customer service as there is no account access here, this is a public forum.
I am sure that you will get your money refunded, it can take around five working days for a refund.

Is the payment showing as a pending transaction in your online banking?

Yes, is in pending 5 day.

Hi @Ionmol,
As the credit check wasn't successful, the payment won't be completed.
Your bank should be able to confirm how long it will be before the pending payment is returned to your balance.
