Hello,
I've tried to upgrade my phone twice now and can't complete the order. First was in the shop- the final stage wouldn't go through as my address was entered twice somehow and told to try again in 30 days. I've now tried ordering online two months later and I get the message 'Unfortunately we’re unable to complete your order online right now. You can try again in 30 day's time, or call us on the number below'.
Any advice?

I would suggest calling as the message says.

The app is rubbish keeps crashing and as opposed says you cannot checkout their loss!!

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? Does the same happen when you log into your EE account online?
