I ordered an iPad online to pay monthly on Sunday (14th). I received a confirmation email of my order, immediately after but that was 3 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve tried several times to track my order but it won’t let me and I wanted to ring but there was no option to track an order for tablets/accessories etc. I’m feeling very frustrated! Any update would be very much appreciated.

Looking at the order history for iPad A16 128GB Pink, stock guidance while placing any orders so far this month is - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 7 days"
You can track your order using the order reference number on our Track Your Order page.
If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

It sounds like the device you ordered is on a back order- which means we're waiting for stock from manufacturer before it gets shipped out to you.
Can you tell me which model iPad you ordered, as well a the colour and memory size? I can check the expected dispatch times for you. 😊

Hello.
I ordered a pink iPad A16 and it was 128GB. Would it be quicker if this was ordered to be delivered in store or anything like that? I really need this for work 😊 Thank you!
