Unable to make calls after upgrade

Upgraded my £5 rolling pack to a £10 months sim.
£10 for unlimited data, texts and calls.
paid £10 on the 13th, still hadn’t received the sun as of today 25.06.24. Called 150, spoke to someone and they said they could just upgrade my current sim to the deal that was originally agreed.
after signing the contract he said the line would go dead and all would be sorted.
got a confirmation email stating £10 contact but only 5gb data and limited texts and calls. This is not what I signed and agreed to. On top of that I am unable to make calls or receive them now.
i have restarted the phone, checked the network, manually selected ee and nothing.
Not only have I been given the wrong contract but it doesn’t work.
please help

@Elaya : I think you haven't been put on a contract but are still on PAYG.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Ah okay so they haven’t added the calls or texts? It’s also supposed to be unlimited 😅 so appears I was put on the wrong thing. Any idea how I can fix this?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
