Unable to Upgrade

Upgrade was returned as I didn't have ID. This was last year May. I went to EE store last week Saturday and I was unable to get my upgrade because the return was not updated on system and still hasn't been done. How long is this going to take?

@Sam2299   You need to call customer services about this.   You also should have been reverted back to your old contract and this should have made you eligible to upgrade now.   Was you put  back on that old contract? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I called them on Saturday and still not resolved

To wait 3 days and issue should be resolved, but still unable to do upgrade. Why is this taking so long this has been going on since May ? Should not take this long to log this as returned. Time to move to another provider.
