URGENT Where is my order

Hello,

I order 10 days ago a new sim but I didn’t receive yet. I cannot call the support team as I don’t have a British number, how I am supposed to contact you? Could you please send me the link the online chat?

The SIM should have arrived by now. If you're a pay monthly contract customer, we have a live chat service on our get in touch help page.

You could also pop into an EE Store so they can check the order and give you a SIM card there.
