Trying to return a device

I have used the text function to try and return a device. I have had no confirmation or anything back and it is impossible to actually speak to someone. 

Anyone know what happens once you complete the texts to return the device?

You should get a confirmation reply. What happens when you call 150 to speak to someone? Or use the live chat function on our get in touch help page?

I recieved some texts which i responded to then the last text i had no reply or email. When i try to call it just sends me to the automated process and tells me they will text and hangs up. I just want to return the device.

I have called 150 countless times as need to return a device within the 14 day cool off period.

I have filled in countless return details via 150 daily and still waiting for information as to where to return.

I managed to speak to an advisor by selecting a different option on 150  who told  me through checking records an email was sent giving details to who and how to send that a returns bag was in the process of being sent out..  today is day 14 of the cooling off process and I am still waiting!!

Can anyone help please

Welcome to the community.

If there is a returns bag on the way to you, you just need to pop your device in and return it to us. There's a Returning a Phone or Device Within 14 Days help page which explains the process in more detail. There's a returns form and a contact number for the team on there too.
