Trouble with returning phone in 14 day cooling off period from online sale

Hi was hoping someone could help me, I'm having a bit of a nightmare trying to send off a return.

I filled out the online form for Channel returns around 3 days ago and not heard anything since, now I'm currently on the phone to EE returns number 08000790103 and been in a queue for over 30 minutes.

I've also emailed channel returns and haven't heard anything either, I just wish to return a phone I no longer need.

I stayed on the call and a returns label is being sent to me.

Did you ever manage to sort out this return. 

As I'm having a similar issue trying to get a response via email and via phone to get the return sorted out. I filled the online form out and not heard anything for 3 days.

I also ordered an additional line instead of an upgrade by mistake, cancelled the additional line but was still sent the phone and have to send it back and Don't know who or where I send the phone. !!

 

 

So long as you have filled in the return form, you should be ok and you will hear from them in due course. They are either busy or due to the holidays, it is taking longer for you to hear from them.

@Jthomas941 , I would suggest filling in the form for return from Channel returns, and explaining why you need to return it, they will contact you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
