Trouble with login on to Netflix and now tv can’t get on to none of them

Signed up to EE tv but I have tried and tried to login to them but when I go through the process it takes me a Netflix's website and they ask me for payment details

When you signed up, did they say your services would start straight away? Is it possible the TV hasn't went live yet?
