Hello, I have recently changed from BT TV to EE TV, still with the Entertainment package, and although I have sorted Netflix no problem, Now TV says I have no active subscriptions.
My previous Now subscription (with BT) was registered under my bt email address and although I gave that email to make the transfer, I think the account is cancelled rather than transferred over as I cannot login to it. I tried joining Now TV via the EE box with my gmail address, but this says no active subscriptions.
I've looked in my EE account, but can't see a way to sort this - can anyone help please?
TIA

Hi @ellemcee
Welcome to the Community!
We don't wnt you to have any trouble accessing your Now TV subscription, so I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Do you still have access to the email address in question?

Are you able to login to your BT email account using the BT email app downloadable from Google and apple app stores?
If you can't, you'll probably need your now TV account linked to a different email address.
You can give EE a call and say that your Now TV account has been linked to the incorrect email address and give them another email address if you have one.
If you don't have another email address you can set up a outlook or google Gmail one for free.

Hi Rach,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I do, it's my BT email address. I had given it to the sales team when changing everything over so I could keep my watch list etc. but when I tried to set the app up on the new box using the QR code / link, I never received the verification to my email. I tried a couple of times and then set it up using the email linked to my new EE account, which now (unsurprisingly) has no subscriptions. Is it possible to change email address over in my account online, or do I need to call.

Thanks for checking that for me @ellemcee.
It does sound like you'll need to give the team a call so they can look at what is happening with your registration.

Hi @ellemcee ,
Are you still experiencing issues accessing your NOW subscriptions? If yes, could you drop an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your account number & the email address that should be linked to NOW subscriptions so we can help checking this for you?
