I've upgraded to s24 ultra where do I send my old device, do I get pre paid envelope as search results suggest etc

@Lillypawz  You should be sent a pre paid return package.  You do not just send your old device back as they wouldn’t know who sent it.    The pre paid return package will have information on it so they know wha sent it and what device it should be.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks thought that might be case but not returned one before always past down family which I'm doing with wife's s21
