Placed an order yesterday morning (17th July) to upgrade my phone to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 256MB Mint.
Said it will be here tomorrow, I've had a confirmation email just after I placed the order with an XKO order number but this number isn't allowing me to track the order, just says its timed out?
Will the phone be with me tomorrow?
As I've selected the trade in option with my old phone. I've had no further emails and am a bit clueless with the lack of communication.
2 years ago when I last upgraded my phone it wasn't this difficult. Reconsidering my decision to stay with EE now. Never had any bother.
Someone help 😂 is my new phone coming or not?

Looks to have been sorted this morning 🤔. Seems to be a reoccurring problem there was a fair few other threads on this happening too.
I'm now working for 4 days so no doubt it will come when I'm working 😴.

The same issue is occurring with me now. I’ve been consistent with EE but now the customer service is getting really bad.
I’ve ordered a phone, received confirmation mail as well yet can’t track down my order.

I'd definitely make your own post, mine was sorted the next morning. Although it was a couple days late it did get sorted quickly. Still disappointing.
