Order number doesn’t work in their tracking system. DPD never send code. Very bad

Hello. I’ve completely cancelled the upgrade, between DPD & EE you couldn’t get my address, email address or phone number right. That’s despite all of an hour talking to them. EE seems to think that the number on my tablet would be the correct number. I’ll be leaving when I find a better deal

I won’t be wasting any more of my time, thank you. I’ve requested the PAC code for all my devices as EE have been really disappointing with my last 3 or 4 deliveries.

EE Order Tracking software error: Login to Account is OK & EE have now provided our (GB) Account-Number,
BUT, the EE (VOL) Order Number provided causes the Order-Tracking to fail by just asking for a LogIn, which is still open and available/open OK to look at Contact-Details, linked Products etc. With a forecast Start/Switch Date only 2-days away, should an User be able to Track the EE Order Number, not to have a fail-online giving an incorrect request for Login... ?
