Tracking my order

Good Morning, 

I ordered my phone Sunday, when tracking my order with my order number which was provided in my confirmation email it doesn't recognise it, it says it can't show me any information. 

Is the any other way I can check if my order has be processed and how long its going to take?

Hi @Lightfoot1608. 

The Samsung S23 Ultra Green 256GB is showing as available to order to expect despatch within 7 days. 

The 512GB model is in stock and available for despatch.

yeah thats what they said on the phone but it has been 7 days since I ordered.
