Good Morning,
I ordered my phone Sunday, when tracking my order with my order number which was provided in my confirmation email it doesn't recognise it, it says it can't show me any information.
Is the any other way I can check if my order has be processed and how long its going to take?

Hey there download DPD app and use same info on there as you do for yre EE account , ie same email address and phone number. You’re more likely to find out about you’re delivery from DPD before EE in my experience.

I spoke to someone yesterday and they said the same thing that it's in stock but still nothing.
Still showing no information available when use my order number.
I've also tried to use DPD app but still nothing.

Good morning!
I have rang twice and they have both given me two different answers. They say it's not in stock but online it says "in stock" and it has since I ordered it on the 12/03. And also they said 5 to 7 days but still not heard anything.
