Tracking is wrong

Hi, 

I received an email confirming Royal Mail delivered my Apple plug yesterday.  I have checked everywhere, and it hasn’t been delivered. 

Tracking isn’t available ether. 
the plug was ordered on Friday with a new SIM and both should have arrived on Saturday.

Welcome to the community. 

Just to add to what Chris B has mentioned, as you have ordered a Sim card and a Plug, they will arrive separately. 

Sim cards are usually delivered within 3-5 working days via royal mail. 

In your email, does it have any further information? Like an image of the delivery? 

If the email doesn't show this and you have not received the parcel, please Contact one of our guides, they will be able to take a look at this for you.

@LoobyLooTaylor  As the plug probably will not fit through a letterbox have you checked outside your property or with a neighbour see if they took the delivery. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
