Hello, I bought a cell phone through the app and paid in advance. However, I haven't received any messages or emails with the order details, only an email about the plan details. I selected in-store pickup at the EE store.

Did the email you received have a tracking number on anywhere? If so, you can check it on our order tracker to see if there are any updates.
Did the phone you picked have a wait time at all, as there may not have been any emails sent to you if we are still waiting for your phone to come in stock? If you aren't sure, you can let me know the make and model of your phone and I can check.

I placed the order on February 9th. iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB deep blue. I haven't received any code.

That does have an expected dispatch time of within 7 days. So if you've placed your order in the last week, we will be likely still waiting on stock for your order. Once we have it, we will let you know it's on it's way to the store.
If it's been longer of a wait than expected, our team over the phone can access your account and give you an update.

Have you received confirmation of your order? If not, please check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE, these can sometimes drop in there.
We aren't able to view customer accounts from here, so if you’ve not had a confirmation or aren’t able to track the order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. They'll be able to check that your order went through correctly and help further.
