EE and Likewise

Returned a mobile phone as part of an upgrade to a new device.  Received Royal Mail confirmation of delivery, and a message from Likewize to confirm their receipt of the handset.

Now getting regular reminders to return the phone, despite it having already been returned.

Called EE twice, who checked records and confirmed it had been returned but advised they could not intervene with Likewize who follow their own processes.

Now received my 'final reminder' from Likewize.   Short of using the second returns bag they have sent me to post off an incendiary device to Likewize any other suggestions as to how I can get these idiots to stop ?

You can contact LikeWize by Phone on 02087323798 to explain and they will correct it on their system. 

Or you can send them an email. Be sure to include your name, mobile number and the IMEI number of the device you sent to them. Along with the tracking number which confirms it has been delivered.
