Tracking add on orders , how to ?

I ordered a TV  but can't seem to Work out how to track ? I work shifts so would be good to know which day it is  expected rather than waiting for a one hour timeslot to be Sent , how do I track ? I had text saying parcel force would contact me  but haven't heard from them and the order reference I have does not work as a tracking number ....

Welcome to the community.

You can only track the order once Parcelforce give you a message with tracking information. Hopefully you hear from them soon.

They delivered unexpectedly without telling g me they were coming , frustrating but glad to have had the delivery
