Hi There
I have tried to track my order but it says that it cannot show the details right now. Can you confirm if the order is being processed and when I am likely to receive the upgraded Sim Card?
Please advise if you need any further details.

When did you order the SIM?
Is it PAYG or pay monthly contract?
It maybe stuck in the post somewhere.

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to be delivered to you by Royal Mail.
If you have no SIM after this time frame please call us on 0800 079 8586.

All sorted, a replacement Sim is in the post. I thought that when I upgraded, a new sim card would be automatically sent out instead of just the package being amended. 🙂
