Hi I ordered a tech add on and paid the upfront cost.

received a confirmation email and can see the cost for the plan on my account but have had no updates on delivery. 

can someone help?

@Pg3271   I’ve ordered 3 things from the add to plan store over the last 3-4 years and I’ve never had tracking information.   I know some customers do get information but I wouldn’t worry about you’ll know you’ll get it.
