I'm seeking assistance as I placed an order for a white 128GB iPhone 15 Pro at the end of October, and I'm encountering issues with the tracking service. Whenever I attempt to track my order, I receive an error message stating, ‘Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.’ It vaguely mentions DPD and indicates that I will be messaged with any updates. Does anyone have any insights into this situation? I'm starting to suspect that EE might be employing delaying tactics to retain me as a customer and prevent me from getting the handset elsewhere.

The iPhone 15 Pro 128GB in White is showing as available to order but to expect despatch within 21 days.
As soon as there is an update on your order you will be notified.

OP did you have a change or update on this?
I've ordered same phone yesterday afternoon and have same issue. The tracking not available.
I have had one Noreply email confirming my direct debit is set up successfully but thats all so far since the order confirmation email. No word from DPD yet.
It is a weekend and I've heard ee don't arrange deliveries outside Mon-Fri. Does this mean I should not expect any update until Monday/tomorrow?

The current estimated delivery timescale for the iPhone 15 Pro 128GB White Titanium is to 'expect dispatch within 7 days'.
DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
