I have taken our a phone contract but in order to complete the process I have been asked to call them.
I have been on the phone several times over last couple of days, each holding for 40 mins+ at a time. They have taken £50 out of my account for the upfront payment cost, but won't answer my call to complete the process??
This is ridiculous - how else can I speak to someone?
