Tech coupon not received

Hi There,

I have ordered an samsung ultra 26 512 GB sim free phone. One of the offer it was showing for a Tech coupon which can used for further Tech order on EE store.

I have received my phone but havent got any coupon or code for Tech ? Can someone please help as there is no way to find out , how and when can I get it ?

@Katie_B   I placed my order on 7th March. No, I did not get any tech coupon on confirmation email.
