Placed order for Data only SIM for a WiFi box (as advised by BT) that I already have, however the order hasn’t updated or dispatched and it’s been 3 or 4 days. It said it normally ships within 1-2 days and we are currently without WiFi. what can I do? Is there a number to call?

@OrnellaG : SIMs are dispatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Your 3 or 4 days covers last w/end. You should get it any day now.
