Tech Voucher expired

With new 17 pro max I get a minute one case ,screen protector and a £10 tech voucher but when I try to insert tech voucher it says it is expired. Did someone already used it. I tried to use it after a week..

Give EE CS a call on 150 and ask for another voucher.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
