@Kev1988  what did you order model and spec of device? When did you order it? And have you received a tracking number ?

Welcome to the community. 

I can imagine you are eager to receive your order. 

If you have an order number, you can Track your Order online, if it was a sim card you ordered you will be unable to track the delivery as it is sent out via royal mail.
