Switch 2 delivery

Hello

I’d ordered a Switch 2 bundle on 07 June and understood that this would arrive within 1-3 working days. The tracking page hasn’t changed since 07 June and simply states that the order should arrive within 48 hours. I’ve not had any emails from EE to say if it has been dispatched.

I have tried the messaging service but it says I have to phone. I tried to phone but none of the options seem to deal with this issue. Can someone assist with this, please?

If so, please give us a call on 150 and follow the options for mobile account queries. One of our guides will be able to check the order and provide you with your tracking details.

Thank you. I phoned and it looks like it’s just a case of waiting. It doesn’t seem to have been dispatched as yet, which is a bit confusing but I’ll give it a few more days.
