I ordered a phone last night. 

Had a successful order email with reference number and paid the upfront cost. 

Does this mean that I have passed the credit check. Thankyou.

If there are any problems following the application or further details are needed you will be contacted to let you know. 

If the order is successful, DPD will be in touch to let you know when the phone will be delivered.

Why would they say its successful order, if its not though surely that's
misleading?

If you have a successful email for the order and a confirmation email this should have all gone through for you @Lianneoox
