I placed an add to plan ps5 order yesterday. 

I have received confirmation of order but nothing else.

Welcome to the community.

The EE Shop shows expect dispatch within 2-3 days, but it can take up to 14 days.

DPD will be in touch to let you know when this will be delivered once your order has been dispatched.
