Successful prder email

I placed an order yesterday for a new pay monthly phone I had an email saying successful order but I've had nothing since does this mean I've been accepted 100 and will get my new phone or not ?

Hi I ordered Saturday evening ,had no further email from ee just that enitial one saying successful order and that I could refer a friend etc etc and get discount off a screen protector once I register my new number etc . Bit no further communication from them

OK this is why I thought I'd of had a further email.  Does the successful order email mean my phone order has actually been accepted 100%

Not necessarily, @Lillady. If there's a problem though, you would receive another email.
