Upgrade

Hi guys, my phone is due to upgrade from the 29th Nov.

Its saying i can upgrade now with no charge.

When i check phones available to me, its showing a price per month but then that price jumps up per month when i go to purchase it?

Anynone offer any advice please

Could you send me an example of what you mean? Which phone is it? Which plan and what is the price before and after you click on it?
