Hey, I ordered a phone yesterday morning , and got a successful order confirmation email and paid the upfront cost.
however I haven’t heard anything since. What does this mean? Will it be accepted or does it mean there’s a problem?

If that does not work then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
