Hi
has anybody else had there new mobiles stolen by the dpd driver? I had 2 devices delivered 2 weeks ago and when I went to open the box’s to get the phones out the seal was already broken and the phones gone. It’s now been 2 weeks and I’m still without my phones and ee are not helping.
any advice before I cancel my contracts and stop the direct debit.

If there are any issues with your delivery, we would recommend getting in touch with our team as soon as possible so we can raise an investigation with DPD.
