Sim replacement

Hey I ordered a replacement sim card last Wednesday and its still not arrived ee have taken money but haven't sent the item anyone else had this problem?

Am based in aberdeen Scotland uk

Is it possible for you to pop Into an EE Store and request for a Replacement. However you will need Photo ID either a Driving License or Passport.

If you don't then I'd suggest you call EE on 150 and explain it still hasn't arrived yet.

I think there maybe a shortage of Posties at the moment.
