Sim not delivered

Placed an order for a new sim only deal on 26/04/25. Haven’t received my order but had a text requesting how the delivery was, can’t track the product on the app or online

Hi @jackdeanx It's great news that you've ordered a new sim only contract, I can imagine it's worrying that you've received a text asking how the delivery was when you've not got the sim yet.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can look into your order for you and give you an update.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from any EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
