I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max orange 256gb on the 25-11-25 and I’m unsure if my order has gone through since I applied for EE finance the only emails I have received are: we have your EE order and welcome to EE finance but I didn’t get an XKO number it begins with EE-46 so I’m not sure if the order has been successful or not since the phone is expected to be dispatched within 14 days, I feel like I’m waiting in limbo to just be told the order never actually went through when I could of just upgraded and know for sure I’d be getting the phone within 14 days.

@Spookymama25 Your ordered a sim free (no contract device) It’s from a different store from where you purchase a device with a contract so it has different order reference numbers

The upfront cost has been taken from my bank now not just pending so I think the order has gone through.
