Sim Only order

Ordered a sim over a week ago, got a confirmation email, had nothing since! Nothing in junk or spam email, how hard is it to send out a SIM card?!

new customer that was persuaded to take the leap and leave my old provider……beginning to wonder if this was a smart move!

Welcome to the community,

Sim cards are sent via second class post, but you should have received it by now.

You can go to an EE Store with photo ID and get one there or try ringing customer service by pressing option 2 to get through to a guide , see ways of ringing them in my signature.
