I placed an order last night and received confirmation email with xko reference but I've not heard anything since then? I ordered the 17pro in silver. I just want to confirm the order is processed? Thanks

When taking a look at my end, I'm seeing plenty of stock for this model, and we're definitely estimating 1-3 days for delivery.

Occasionally we'll need to check over a few details before online orders are pushed through, but we would usually email if this were the case. 

I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team, and if you quote your XKO reference number, they'll be able to check over everything with the order.

You can Track your Order using the xko number. 

What size storage did you order? I can take a look at expected delivery times.

When I track my order this comes up. The agent I spoke with said the phone would take 1-3 working days. There was no information on back order
